What Youll Do

  • Implement Behavior Plans : Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervisingBCBA.
  • Behavioral Support Strategies : Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such asDiscrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniquesto support clients.
  • Data Collection & Documentation : Accuratelytrack client progressand submitsession notesin compliance with UTC policies.
  • Client Engagement : Providepositive reinforcementand professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely withBCBAs, therapists, and caregiversto ensure consistency in intervention across all settings.
  • Challenging Behaviors : Manage and addresschallenging behaviorsaccording to individualized behavior plans and training.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism : Adhere toHIPAA regulationsand maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
  • Ongoing Training : Participate in required training andcontinuing educationopportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

    • Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

    • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required)
  • Reliable transportation to client locations (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, sit, and run as needed.
