We’re looking for a Client Success Manager I to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our lower-tier clients through a one to many engagement model, helping them maximize the value of their Luxury Presence websites and platform. You’ll educate clients on SEO and digital marketing best practices, drive product adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in client education, digital strategy, and delivering value at scale through calls, campaigns, and webinars.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage a book of clients or run structured 1-to-many programs designed to support clients at scale
  • Educate client on benefits of their plan by articulating the results driven through the product
  • Provide clear, proactive communication about timelines, expectations, next steps, and platform best practices
  • Translate client needs into action by gathering requirements, documenting requests, and escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering value, meeting deadlines, and providing an exceptional experience
  • Contribute to retention and expansion conversations by identifying opportunities and reinforcing the value of Luxury Presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, implementation, support, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Continuously improve your marketing skill set, platform knowledge, and process expertise

You have :

  • 1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
  • Experience managing a large volume of client requests, whether through managing a book or a queue
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and / or paid media
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset

  • Job Requirements :

  • Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, Arizona- Hybrid (In office 4 days a week for first 30 days, 3 days a week once you have successfully completed new hire training)
  • Working hours of 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm local time
  • plus 20% performance bonus + stock options + full benefits
