• Schedule : Monday-Thursday 3 : 00pm-2 : 00am, overtime as needed.
• Starting wage : $21-$25.20 dependent upon experience.

Facility Maintenance technician is responsible for facilitating day-to-day workflow, ensuring that work orders and daily tasks are processed and completed within a timely manner. They will report to the Facility Manager to make sure the building and equipment are kept in good operating standards.

Essential Functions and Duties :

Ensure Equipment / Facility work orders are completed properly and in a timely fashion

Monitor and maintain cardboard and trash, as well as light janitorial

Assist Facility Manger in creating / maintaining maintenance training programs and monthly maintenance schedules.

Construction projects. Building tables for production, running air lines, replacing lights

Complete regular maintenance tasks quickly and professionally

Construction projects that include but not limited to : Carpentry, dry wall repair, painting, concrete, low voltage electrical, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication

Installing and removing equipment, machinery, and light roll conveyors

Replacing and repairing; bearings, gears, bushings, chains, drive belts, sheaves, pullies, as well as drive motor alignment

Plan and prepare for upcoming and seasonal projects

Ability to work off a ladder or lift at heights

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ensure workplace safety standards

Other Duties :

Monitor and Maintain cleanliness throughout the building

On-Call for emergencies

Assist in updating protocols and principles

Basic computer ability

Complete any additional tasks requested by Facility Manager, Production Manager, or CEO.

Basic grounds maintenance and landscaping as required

Requirements :

Education and Experience :

Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Experience

Maintenance tech certification preferred

ASAE certification preferred

HVAC certification

Ability to read and understand blue prints, electrical schematics, and machine operational manuals

Safe Lift operation (Pallet Jack, forklift, scissor lift)

Welding and metal working experience

Basic plumbing experience

Understanding of SDS and Hazmat waist containment

Carpentry tool experience

Basic understanding of air compressors

Knowledge of lockout / tagout (LOTO)
