Location : Gastonia, NC

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (No weekends!)

Pay : Competitive, based on experience

About Piedmont Adult & Pediatric Medicine Associates (PAPMA)

PAPMA is an independently owned primary care practice serving Gaston County and surrounding areas. Our board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive care for patients of all agesfrom newborns to seniors.

We pride ourselves on personalized care , same-day appointments , and a commitment to keeping our patients healthy. With in-house lab services, coordinated hospital care, and a dedicated triage team, PAPMA is a trusted partner in health for families in our community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CMA certification is preferred but not required.

In this role, you will :

  • Assist providers with patient care, including vitals, documentation, and procedures
  • Support front office and clinical operations for smooth patient flow
  • Perform lab draws and prepare specimens for processing
  • Educate patients on preventive care and follow-up instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

    • Qualifications

  • Current CMA or CNA certification in North Carolina ( CMA preferred, not required )
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
