Technical Program Manager, Payments

Job Purpose & Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects within the payment's initiative, from initiation to delivery. This includes planning, execution, and closing phases, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable architecture decisions
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions.
• Coordinate developers, testers, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth project progression.
• Promote continuous improvements in project management and software development processes by adopting best practices and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization, contributing to the overall financial health of the projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize their impact on project deliverables
• Regularly report project status to management and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $118,800.00 - $149,500.00 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
