Analyst, Marketing Data

Qualifications :

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics performance marketing or digital strategy within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Solid understanding of marketing KPIs including CAC ROAS LTV CTR and CVR.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels for example Meta Ads Manager Google Ads (video and search) Commission Junction Affiliate Pinterest TikTok YouTube CRO.
• Experience with ETL and data integration tools ( Supermetrics Stitch N8N Airbyte etc.).
• Working knowledge of GA4 Looker Studio or similar data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful business insights.
• Interest in or prior exposure to subscription-based and luxury brand marketing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Google BigQuery for querying and manipulating large data sets.
• Experience with social and creative reporting platforms such as Hootsuite or Motion.
• Familiarity with data modeling attribution or predictive analytics.
• Experience working within subscription or DTC business models.
• Understanding of data governance quality assurance and marketing data architecture.

Pay Range : $80000 - $100000 and may include a discretionary bonus.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
