Job Description

• Facilitate, track and collaboratively teach the Nursing Residency Program, Mentorship Program and CNI Program. Promote a positive environment for learning using various adult learning methods. Stimulate new graduates to enculturate into UMSJMC and their units.

Drive positive outcomes related to decreasing turnover and providing support for development. Work positively with in a professional education environment. Strong team player demonstrating excellent communication skills. Organizational skills and time management skills are essential components of the job role.
