Responsibilities :
- Treat acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on psychopharmacology.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
- Perform psychiatric medical examinations (mental status exam).
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians and allied health professions regarding patient care.
- Accurate documentation.
- Using computer applications (eClinicalWorks).
- Coding and filling out insurance forms.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments. Qualifications :
- NPI
- NYS license.
- Two Letters of reference
