Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assists senior management in identifying and assessing key risks (e.g., operational, financial reporting, etc.) and related controls. The challenge is identifying the correct qualitative and quantitative measures and using them to help mitigate risks that are beyond the appetite of the Company's stakeholders. Working in ERM is a unique opportunity and establishes a great foundation for a banking career, as risk management analysts are exposed to the broad scope of the Bancorporation, its divisions, and its operations.
The Enterprise Data Analyst responsibilities include :
- Assists in administering the banks programs, including the Key Risk Indicator, Operational Risk Event reporting, and Risk Identification and Scenario Analysis.
- Responsible for administering our Operational Risk Profile report.
- Monitors progress of control deficiency remediation plans, and reports controls issues to management.
- Develop and maintain requested risk reporting
- Quickly understand a large amount of risk-related data and be able to summarize information into executive summaries and recommendations
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with key stakeholders
- Set up automation on new and existing requests
- Recommend, help develop, and implement other risk management initiatives Work closely with IT, audit, compliance, and business units to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and data projects Work in a dynamic environment where risk management analysts frequently evaluate different bank processes (on both micro and macro levels) and work with management (including executive management) throughout the entire Bancorporation and affiliates.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a high aptitude for critical thinking and analyzing processes and their associated risks and controls.
Required :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Information Systems, or another related subjectAbility to work and communicate effectively with team members and individuals in various leadership positionsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and at least one other programming language (e.g., Python, R, SAS, Stata, etc.)Good problem-solving and critical thinking skillsGood attention to detailAbility to manage a variety of competing tasksAbility to learn quickly and demonstrate flexibility as requirements and / or processes changePreferred :
