Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Englewood, CO 80112 (Onsite)

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will:

• Review historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategies
• Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing & supplier interactions
• Build and execute negotiation strategies & develop award recommendations
• Evaluate current suppliers & advise stakeholders on new and existing contracts
• Own sourcing events end to end; develop, manage & document requirements process
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations
• Draft contract language and work with business units to define requirements
• Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk
• Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, & dispute resolution

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college.
• 8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis.
• Demonstrated results and value realization from sourcing activities.
• Procurement and/or Supply Chain related professional certification preferred.
• Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60-$65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
