Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State : Richmond, Virginia
• Work Arrangement : Onsite Only (No remote or hybrid option available).
• Contract : This is an Onsite Contract position.
• Mode of Interview : In Person Only.
• Note : Candidates must be prepared for daily attendance at ELECT offices and should highlight relevant experience in high-stress environments.

Active PMP or PMI-ACP Certification (Required - Must be active and submitted with resume).

Project Experience

10+ Years (Required)

Experience with CPM methodologies in large-scale projects (>

$10M and medium-to-high complexity).

Government Projects

10+ Years (Required)

Successful completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth of Virginia project ($5M+) OR a non-COV project with a value greater than $10M as PM of record. (Must be highlighted on the resume).

Risk Management

10+ Years (Required)

Documented expertise in risk management.

Software / Tools

10+ Years (Required)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Work Ethic

10+ Years (Required)

Proven ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision; solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

10+ Years (Required)

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
