Qualifications:

• 1 yr Janitorial floor tech. experience
• Must have knowledge using and maintaining floor cleaning equipment - Burnisher, Side-by-Side, Carpet machine
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
• Must have valid DL
• Must provide own reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
