Our client, a world leader in biotechnology, is looking for a "Sr UX Researcher" based out of Manhattan, NY.
Job Duration : Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $80 / hr - $96 / hr DOE

Prescient Design team (AI for Drug Discovery) is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to bridge the gap between world-class scientists and AI development teams. You'll lead user research for advanced AI and LLM-based scientific tools, shaping user-centered product strategies that accelerate biomedical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and usability testing to inform product strategy and identify workflow pain points.
- Design and execute usability studies using diverse methodologies (contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, interviews).
- Gather, analyze, and track qualitative and quantitative user feedback , driving continuous improvement of AI models and tools.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence product direction and enhance user engagement.
- Develop and maintain user-testing infrastructure , including recruitment pipelines and research documentation.
- Collaborate closely with AI / ML engineers, scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to align product features with user needs.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
