[job_card.job_description]Ensure client safety and emotional well-being through active supervision and documentation Maintain structure and boundaries to foster a supportive environment Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care Assist with academic tasks and daily routines Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities (arts, crafts, sports, nature walks) Support residential upkeep, animal care, and occasional meal service Minimum age : 21 High school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to drive for work-related purposes Current First Aid & CPR certifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to physically perform job duties, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, with training provided You’ll have access to an established Mastery Program that provides professional and financial growth opportunities, including structured salary increases throughout your first three years as you progress through the training program. Schedule Options :
- Full-time Shift : 12 : 30 PM-11 : 00 PM Sun-Wed OR Wed-Sat (Wed shift worked every other week)
- Perks : $3.00–$6.00 shift differential for short-notice or night coverage
