The Finance Partner will work as part of Nyon Finance Manufacturing team. He / She will support Nyon manufacturing site and Finance

Director to deliver the financial objectives of the company. He / She will support our forecasting and planning cycle.

In this role you will…

  • Lead financials closing process for the plant, monitor and analyse costs including variances and performance against forecast
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of our reportings (Siera + Bison)
  • Collaborate with Finance team and manage reporting, compliance and controls
  • Responsible for Controls (O2C Sales) and ensure compliance with ICFW (Internal control framework) and SOX requirements
  • Responsible for Sales, Volume, PPV forecast and actuals reconciliation
  • Support Supply and Procurement on all sales transation with 3rd party including invoice creation, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Lead all site reporting preparation (ie. OPEX, Headcount, Cost Center, PPV, Sales, Volume..)
  • Support Procurement with Materials Price update and PPV reconciliation – in charge of components costing and Standard Costing exercise on Materials / Components.
  • Prepare all Working Capital and ONL actuals and reconciliation. Responsible for all Balance Sheet reconciliation and understanding.
  • Support simplification within Finance department by improving reporting tools (leveraging Power BI)

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Degree in Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • Min 3 / 5 years’ experience in similar position, ideally in

    manufacturing environment

    Experience with Financials reporting and accounting

    Strong knowledge of Excel + SAP, Power BI is a plus

    Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines

    Attention to details; ability to review financial information analytically, logical approach that develops in-process checks to

    identify whether data aligns with expectations

    Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems and taken responsibility for planning and forecasting

    Define rules and processes quickly, Control and adapt, Standardize

    Autonomous, Rigorous, and proactive

    Strong communication skills to connect easily with local team

    Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to analyse and address ad-hoc urgent requests

    Mobility – Regular business travels to Switzerland expected
