State Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing care for individuals with complex substance use disorders (SUDs)

Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and assist patients in achieving their recovery goals

Provide patient care during scheduled part-time shifts and coordinate treatment plans with clinical team members

Required Qualifications

Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency

Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting

Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level clinician program

Experience managing substance use disorders within a chronic care model

Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
