Location : The Learning Experience Midlothian, VA

Pay : $16 $19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday Friday

At The Learning Experience (TLE) in Midlothian, VA , we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our Infant Teachers create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.

What Youll Do

• Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.
• Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.
• Follow each childs feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.
• Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.

What Youll Bring

• A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood education .
• Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.
