Black Label Built is not a volume contractor — we are a design-build outdoor living firm creating statement projects that dramatically elevate property value and lifestyle. From custom decks and structural framing to covered systems, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and integrated hardscape, we deliver next-level outdoor environments that homeowners are proud to invest in.

We are currently launching a premium development project with long-term growth potential and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant who wants ownership, flexibility, and the ability to earn based purely on results.

Compensation

• Commission-Only Role
• 7% commission on all signed contracts
• No cap on earnings
• Progressive payouts as projects move through milestones
• Typical projects range from $30,000 to $150,000+
• One strong deal can represent six figures in annual income potential

Your income is directly tied to your performance — no ceilings, no limits.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll represent a true design-build operation, not cookie-cutter installs:

• Custom and composite deck systems
• Structural framing and elevated builds
• Covered patios and roofed outdoor structures
• Outdoor kitchens and built-in features
• Integrated lighting, drainage, and water management
• Premium materials, engineered systems, and long-term durability

These are projects that add real value to the home — and homeowners feel the difference.

What This Role Looks Like

• Run face-to-face, in-home consultations
• Lead one-call presentations when possible
• Qualify prospects, understand vision, budget, and scope
• Educate clients on construction methods, materials, and design options
• Manage your own pipeline from first conversation to signed contract
• Work independently while collaborating closely with our internal team
• Represent Black Label Built with confidence, professionalism, and clarity

You will have freedom and responsibility — this role rewards people who want control over their outcomes.

You won’t be selling blind. We support you with:

• Professional renderings and visual assets
• Quoting and estimating tools
• A strong digital portfolio
• Brand positioning that commands trust
• Internal design, merchandising, and project support
• Lead support (plus ability to self-generate)

Who This Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has experience in face-to-face or in-home sales
• Comes from construction, remodeling, or luxury sales (preferred)
• Understands outdoor construction concepts: framing, decking, drainage, materials
• Is personable, confident, and clear when explaining complex projects
• Wants ownership, autonomy, and uncapped income
• Is motivated by performance, not hourly guarantees

We are willing to train the right person who has drive, integrity, and strong communication skills.
