Deliver Exceptional Hospitality in an Elevated Dining Environment

At Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill , service is more than a transaction — it’s an experience. We are seeking an experienced Server who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering warm, polished, and memorable service to every guest.

As a Server, you are the primary connection between our guests and the dining experience. Your ability to anticipate needs, guide the menu journey, and execute service with confidence and care is essential to our success.

What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive food and beverage service

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Ensure timely delivery of all orders with attention to presentation and detail

Communicate clearly with chefs and bartenders to confirm or clarify orders

Guide guests through the menu using thoughtful suggestive selling techniques, including specials, cocktails, appetizers, entrées, desserts, and after-dinner beverages

Consistently execute established steps of service

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly and courteously to requests or concerns

Prepare and present checks, process payments, and handle transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas

Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of each shift

Assist fellow servers and support the team as needed

Help set and reset tables and accommodate larger parties

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of upscale dining server experience

Previous experience with POS systems

Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures

Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Ability to remain composed, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others

Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills and ability to handle payments accurately

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing for extended periods and performing frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally is required. Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

This role is primarily performed indoors, with time spent between the dining room and kitchen. The position may involve exposure to heat, steam, cleaning chemicals, and varying noise levels depending on service volume. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
