Leasing Agent - Baltimore, MD

WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, MD (21201). If you're passionate about people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in property management, we want to hear from you!

Location : Baltimore, MD (21201) Pay : $19.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience) + commission and bonus opportunities Schedule : Full-time | MondayFriday (9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM), possible Saturdays (10 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM)

What You'll Do

  • Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
  • Assist with applications and collect required documentation
  • Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
  • Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
  • Support community events and resident retention initiatives
  • Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a busy office setting
  • Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
