Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-volume corporate dining account in Stamford, CT . This role requires exceptional communication and multitasking abilities, strong team leadership, and a proven focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships. The General Manager ensures superior food quality and consistently delivers outstanding customer service, aligning operational excellence with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the corporate dining account
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of the corporate dining account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
