Responsibilities
Own and manage Meta ad accounts end-to-end
Launch, test, optimize, and scale paid campaigns
Analyze performance (CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV) and act fast
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Work closely with creative team to test UGC and direct-response ads
Allocate budgets, kill losers, double down on winners
Provide clear weekly and monthly performance insights
Requirements
3+ years of performance media buying experience for DTC / e-commerce brands
Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads
Proven ability to scale spend profitably
Data-driven, analytical, and decisive
Experience with Triple Whale, spreadsheets, Notion
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
Comfortable moving fast and owning results
Preferred
Experience scaling brands past $1M–$10M+ Annual Revenue
Experience working closely with creative teams and UGC testing
