[job_card.job_description]Traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance and a basic dysrhythmia test out will be given first week of assignment. This must be passed in order to work on our telemetry / med surg unit. Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations : Geriatric, Medical / Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry. Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit. ACLS Required. Estimated work week 36-hours with the possibility of overtime. BLS certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable). ACLS certification required. Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification as required for the position within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration. Completion of GRH Skills Checklist within 12 months (does not expire). COVID-19 Vaccine (declination accepted). MMR : 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted. Fit Test completed prior to start with acceptable masks. Hepatitis B : 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted. TB Test : Proof of negative test completed in the past year or documentation if history of positive test. Health Statement : Physician statement within the last 12 months. Unexpired government issued photo ID (Driver's License / State ID). GRH Background Check within 30 days of start. GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse state requirement. GRH Education Verification through 3rd party. GRH EPLS / GSA / SAM HHS / OIG ran within 30 days of start. 2 Professional References required, 1 must be from Supervisor. GRH Drug Screen within 30 days of start. GRH SING ran within 30 days of start. GRH Resume or Profile required. GRH I9 Attestation of completed I-9. GRH Color Vision test. GRH Contract Employee Data Sheet. GRH NSO ran within 30 days of start. GRH OFAC ran within 30 days of start. GRH Evergreen Link to be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance for system access. GRH OSHA Questionnaire to be completed by candidate. Pre-Orientation CBL Acknowledgement form. Influenza Vaccine required annually (Sept 1 - March 31) or facility declination accepted. Estimated work week 36-hours with the possibility of overtime. Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit. Basic dysrhythmia test out required within first week of assignment to work on telemetry / med surg unit.
