Location : Greenville, SC (On-Site)

We’re working with a leading commercial drywall contractor in the Greenville market, known for delivering high-quality projects and investing in our people. With a growing pipeline of $1MM+ projects, we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Drywall Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview :

As a Commercial Drywall Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for large-scale commercial projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth preconstruction process from estimate to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+

Perform digital takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid

Analyze drawings, specifications, and addendums for scope and accuracy

Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors

Collaborate with internal teams to develop bid strategies

Support preconstruction handoff and project startup

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects

Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid (required)

In-depth understanding of commercial drywall systems

Currently working in or recently employed in the drywall trade

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Greenville, SC
