Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dynamic scheduling models based on key metrics for effective team scheduling
Monitor service levels and staffing in real-time, making adjustments to meet goals
Collaborate with team leaders and vendors to improve scheduling strategies and address challenges
Required Qualifications
Direct experience in a Workforce Planning role, including forecasting and scheduling
Experience with WFM software, with familiarity in NICE or similar platforms
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and propose solutions for potential issues
Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours as needed by the business
Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
