ABOUT THE TEAM
The product team partners with chief engineers and program managers to derive a clear and succinct vision of Anduril products and capabilities. As an instructional content developer, you play a crucial role in ability of our customers and their operators to adopt, train and operate our software and hardware solutions in the battlefield. Because Anduril is a fast-growing company at the early stages of growth, member’s of Anduril’s product team must be resourceful, creative and eager to take ownership of complex matters.
ABOUT THE JOB:
Anduril is seeking a talented Instructional Content Developer to support Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Division. The AD&S Division is organized into three primary business lines: Mission Autonomy (“Lattice” for MA), Autonomous Air Power (“Fury” product line), and Advanced Effects (“Barracuda” product line).
This position bridges engineering, instructional design, and media production - transforming complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting engaging instructional content and experiences for autonomous systems and will possess a Secret clearance, with Top Secret preferred.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
