Metric Geo are on the search for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead crews on major highway and interstate projects in North Carolina.

What you’ll bring :

• Hands-on experience supervising asphalt paving crews on highways / interstates.
• Strong knowledge of paving operations, equipment, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate crews, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Focus on safety, production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
