The Importance of the Role

We are seeking a Manager who will support both our Opinion Leader Programming and Commercial Training workstreams. This individual will be responsible for the project management and operational execution of advisory board meetings to support execution of Sarepta's Advisory Board Plan, as well as other opinion leader engagements. This individual will be key in collaborating with cross functional partners (Legal, Medical Affairs, Commercial, etc.) to prepare for and execute on logistics and content for advisory boards to ensure robust feedback on Sarepta's objectives. As part of the Commercial training workstream, this individual will also be accountable for all the operational components of training tactics, meetings, and day-to-day training activities such as assigning learning content, managing submissions to Veeva, project timelines and asset management for Commercial field teams.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and / or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time. The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
