Director of Sales Strategy

A company is looking for a Director, Sales, Strategy & Growth Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and operationalize the Global Retail Sales Strategy in alignment with corporate priorities

Analyze market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and build strategic recommendations

Program-manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Business Operations, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Omni-Channel Retail

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into growth strategies

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance forecasting and planning

Excellent analytical skills and fluency with BI tools
