Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Louisville. This position plays a key role in supporting our sales department through client relations administrative coordination and strategic follow-up. Responsibilities

Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and client communications.

Prepare and maintain sales reports proposals and client documentation.

Coordinate meetings calls and follow-ups between internal teams and clients.

Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and preparing presentations.

Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tracking client activity.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
