The Data Analyst will be responsible for the design, and implementation of our data ecosystem. This includes driving the migration from on\-premise infrastructure to a modern cloud\-based architecture, establishing a DataSecOps framework, quality standards, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities. - Design and implement a â Lakehouseâ architecture combining data lake for raw data and data warehouse for structured analytics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery mechanisms for business continuity.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
DataSecOps Framework<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Define and enforce access control and identity management based on least\-privilege principles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Establish continuous monitoring for real\-time security and compliance alerts.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

Data Governance & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Define clear governance rules for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Ensure compliance with LGPD, U.S. privacy laws, and banking regulations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Implement metadata management and data catalog tools for discoverability and lineage tracking.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
Data Quality & Observability<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Deploy validation frameworks for automated checks on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Create monitoring dashboards to track data health and pipeline performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Define incident management processes for anomaly detection and resolution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Enable self\-service BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for business users.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Build infrastructure for machine learning model training and deployment pipelines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Provide a secure data science sandbox for experimentation without impacting production.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
Monitoring & Cost Optimization<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Implement FinOps practices for efficient cloud cost management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Optimize queries and storage for performance and cost efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 12+ years of experience with Software Development \/ Data<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- 5+ years of experience with Data Engineering<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Hands\-on experience with Data Architecture, Data Warehouse \/ Data Lake, Data Governance, Frameworks, BI Tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Highly desirable previous experience working for Financial Services \/ Banks<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Highly desirable fluency in Portuguese or Spanish<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Bachelorâ s degree in Information Technology or related field
<\/span><\/span><\/span>â <\/span>
