Key Responsibilities

Manage the billing cycle, including accounts receivable, customer inquiries, and collections

Maintain client records related to invoicing and bill payments

Process invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy and contributing to process improvements

Required Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role

5+ years of work experience, with healthcare experience preferred

Understanding of accounts receivable processes

Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Netsuite
