Your Mission

As Vice President of NGS & Continuous Improvement, you will :

• Serve as the enterprise-wide advocate for NGS, promoting Lean, CI, and innovation tools across all functions.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving, visual management, and Kaizen excellence.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, lead times, delivery, productivity, profitability, and employee engagement.
• Deliver NGS and Lean training across all levels, enabling teams to sustain improvements independently.
• Shape the Lean roadmap and drive measurable impact on business performance.
