At Mercy Ridge , you’ll join a professional culinary team creating restaurant-quality dishes for an appreciative community — without the stress of late-night shifts or chaotic restaurant hours.

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook who’s passionate about great food and teamwork. With three unique dining venues (fine dining, bistro, and café), you’ll enjoy variety, creativity, and the chance to showcase your culinary talent every day.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Prior restaurant experience required
  • Culinary degree a plus (not required)
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong cooking techniques and equipment knowledge
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow

    • Job Type : Full-time, non-exempt (overtime may occur as needed)

    Requirements : Background check, E-Verify, physical, and drug screen required for employment.
