Accounting Administrative Assistant

Bilingual- English and Spanish required.

Location : Boca Raton, FL.

About the Opportunity :

  • 4 day working schedule! (Fridays off)

Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrative Assistant :

  • Preparing journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close.

    • Qualifications of the Accounting Administrative Assistant :

  • 1-5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Excel proficiency - Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs are a major plus!
  • Self motivated and strong attention to detail.
