High level of Program and Project Management experience with Data and Technology centric initiatives Significant experience in KDEs onboarding effort, definitions creation / evaluation and metadata capture Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Experience in Collibra, SQL queries generation and understanding of relational databases
Responsibilities
The Data Governance Operations Analyst will :
- Evaluating KDE definitions and attributes in our data glossary, including Authoritative Source identification
- Support the Enterprise Data Stewardship Council and coordinate sub-working groups as needed for formal compliance with standards
- Provide expertise and in partnership with LDOs, Data Management Executives, Data Stewards and Data Owners, for all KDEs
- Implement new and improve existing processes to ensure compliance with standards is auditable, measurable and reportable
- Ensure Business Stewards document Data Quality Controls for KDEs, and work within Data Governance Operations to hand off to DQ Manager
- Lead a monthly KDEs onboarding prioritization forum with the Enterprise Domain Manager Executives to agree on scope of monthly book of work
- Lead review of monthly Integrity Reports exceptions and facilitating remediation with Community Managers and Data Stewards
- Provide Business Glossary training and presentations to key internal stakeholders / teams
- Lead Business glossary cleanup to ensure proper metadata are captured including Data Domains assignments and adherence to the KDE Framework
- Perform other duties, as needed
