As a Security Guard - Lobby Access Control Weekends in El Paso, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and monitor entry points at a commercial real estate location. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining clear communication. Pay Rate : $14.25 / Hour

Job Schedule :

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.
  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and site personnel to address inquiries and / or concerns related to access control.
  • Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
