A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism
Accurately document customer accounts in client systems
Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional service
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
High School Diploma or GED / equivalent
Flexibility in working schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM and ability to use multiple software systems
Must reside in specific states including TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, or NV
