| Role and Responsibilities - Inspect properties to assess needed repairs and improvements.
- Evaluate the condition of the property's fixtures, appliances, flooring, and other elements.
- Perform basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry work.
- Handle painting and touch-ups for walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Install or replace flooring, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
- Conduct minor remodeling, such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades, cabinet installation, or countertop replacements.
- Install new hardware, lighting fixtures, or other cosmetic enhancements.
- Ensure the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy, including floor cleaning, window washing, and trash removal.
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required time frame.
- Report on progress and any issues that arise during the renovation process.
- Ensure the proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Address any last-minute repairs or concerns before property handover.
