Requirements :

The Custodial / Janitorial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Custodial / Janitorial Person's responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

• Filtering and cleaning oil fryers daily
• Unloading and putting away delivery orders twice per week (must be able to lift fifty pounds continuously)
• Maintaining outside grounds (Daily / Weekly / Seasonally / Throughout Shift)
• Clean restrooms (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean lobby (customer area) (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / organize Walk-in Cooler (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / organize Walk-in Freezer (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / organize Stockroom (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Crew room (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Dish sink area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Soda System area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Washing machine / mop sink area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
