The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to successfully develop, launch, and commercialize new food products, while also supporting the maintenance of existing products across all business channels (retail, club, distributors, and national accounts). This position ensures the on-time, on-budget execution of strategic initiatives that drive innovation and business growth.

We are committed to a hybrid model with a combination of working from home and in our Seattle office. This position will be required to work in the office at least 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities : Lead multiple product development projects from concept through commercialization using standardized processes and established project management tools. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensure alignment across cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules; proactively identify risks and drive issue resolution to meet critical milestones. Facilitate effective team collaboration by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and resource needs, while fostering accountability and a results-driven culture. Monitor project budgets and financial impacts; communicate scope changes and associated cost implications to key stakeholders, including Marketing Business Leads. Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, including updates on scope, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans. Organize and lead regular team meetings to review priorities, track progress, and resolve roadblocks; escalate critical issues when necessary. Champion continuous improvement by capturing key learnings, celebrating team wins, and implementing enhancements for future projects. Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless execution and alignment across functions.

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in business, food science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in food, beverage, consumer products, or packaging industries Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Familiarity with stage-gate or similar product development processes. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana). Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across departments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Less than 10% travel required. Compensation : The starting salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
