Emmy Squared Pizza is coming to Greenwich, CT! We are seeking experienced Restaurant Servers to join our opening team and help us create exceptional guest experiences! Position Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Server, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by:

• Providing courteous, prompt service to our guests.
• Adhering to Emmy’s Steps of Service to maintain consistency in guest satisfaction.
• Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system.
• Demonstrating full knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
• Personalizing the guest experience by understanding their needs and offering thoughtful suggestions.
• Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team.
• Performing opening and closing duties.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.
• Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor during service.
• Promoting safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
• Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing or walking for extended periods.
