Manager, LMS Operations

A company is looking for a Manager, LMS Administration and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all LMS activities, including audience and curriculum management

Partner with internal teams to assess and improve LMS operations and workflows

Manage external vendors and deliver LMS training as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Advanced knowledge of LearnShare LMS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and technical troubleshooting

Experience in implementing e-Learning and web-based programs
