Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) / Mid-tier Master's Level Clinician to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA will assist in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
• Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure treatment integrity and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support client success.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational, ethical, and funding-source guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision sessions.

Pay : $32.00 - $47.00 per hour
