Python Automation Engineer

Onsite-San Jose CA (3-4 DAYS ONSITE)

Duration : 1 year long project

5+ or more years of experience working as a Software Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field

Hands on programming experience with Python and / or Golang

Experience with System Software Dev Automation

Comfortable with reading Functional and Design Specifications to come up with UT / IT testcases.
Comfortable with reading C / C++ / Golang code to come up UT / IT testcases.
Experience with working on multi-node / distributed systems.
Experience with Life-cycle management such as Image Installation, Upgrades, Recovery etc for distributed systems.

Experience with triaging Platform Software, Linux Packages, Linux Networking etc

Experience with analyzing system logs, process coredumps etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with pytest or ginkgo framework a plus

Experience with C / C++ development a plus.

Experience with CVEs and Ubuntu package management a plus
