    Responsibilities

    Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and / or charitable development programs.

  • Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process.
  • Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information.
  • Implement donor relations / recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement.
  • Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results.

    • Requirements

    Education :

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

    • degree / Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    Additional Preferences

  • Non profit fundraising experience preferred.
  • P2P experience with gifts over $10,000 preferred.
  • Proven record for closing large gifts and planned gifts.
