Description

• Invoice processing : Verifying, coding, and entering vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Payment processing : Preparing and executing payments via check or electronic transfer (ACH, wire) and managing payment schedules.
• Account reconciliation : Reconciling vendor statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Record keeping : Maintaining meticulous records of all payables and ensuring they are correctly entered into the general ledger and balance sheet.
• Vendor relations : Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
