A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist for Clinical Pharmacy Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide pharmacist consult services to manage patients' chronic conditions and improve medication adherence

Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and resolve drug therapy issues for optimal patient care

Support quality programs to achieve high performance on pharmacy-related clinical measures

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of clinical experience in direct patient care

State licensure in good standing required in at least 5 states within 6 months of employment

Experience with collaborative pharmacy practice agreements is preferred

Board certification or experience in complex geriatric care is a plus

Fluent proficiency in Spanish is preferred
