- Lead technical problem-solving initiatives with major clients, conducting on-site analyses and developing innovative solutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers on product testing, material selection, and optimization
- Drive continuous improvement projects that shape the future of packaging solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
- Travel to client sites (40%) to provide hands-on technical expertise and build strong client relationships
