What You Will Do

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from early planning to closeout
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and partners to ensure high quality results
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and quality control
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Visit job sites regularly to evaluate safety, progress, and performance
  • Identify challenges early and implement solutions that keep the project on track

What We Are Looking For

  • Five or more years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • A successful track record managing commercial or institutional projects
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
